How to order from Ella Bleau

Simply browse throughout our online store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping bag. You may change the quantity of any item in your shopping bag, as well as remove it completely, at any time.

When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date. Regular shipping is always free with Ella Bleau, however, any express mail charges will be listed before your final checkout.

You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number via email to which you can refer to for tracking purposes. Please include your phone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions or updates regarding your order.

Some items may have a status of [ In transit ] this means that we have the stock but their will be a delay of 5-7days before we dispatch the item.

If any item is out of stock you will be notified and your credit card will not be charged.

Dispatch details will be e-mailed to you immediately once your order has been sent.

We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express.

The security and increasing total acceptance of credit card payment for web transactions leads us to list this as the simple efficient system of payment.

If you have an objection to this method, and sincerely wish to purchase, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will make alternative arrangements.

At Ella Bleau, all your personal information is protected by our Secure Server Software (SSL) which fully encrypts and protects all of your personal data (name, address, credit card number) so that it cannot be read by anyone over the internet.

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures

Postage and Delivery

Ella Bleau offers FREE SHIPPING TO ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.

All orders will be dispatched by air freight within 24 hours to country of destination, if the status is [In transit] stock will be dispatched within 5-7 days. From there, they will be carried on by registered post to your nominated address. Please note that we dispatch our jewellery from multiple distribution centers ( Melbourne, Sydney, London and Hong Kong) around the world with our major distribution centre being located in Hong Kong. This is the most central location allowing us to deliver goods to our customers around the world.

Customers worldwide have the option of paying a small premium for delivery in 2-3 days by speedpost.

You can choose which option you prefer when you complete the order.

Dispatch details will be e-mailed to you immediately after your order is confirmed.

Taxes and Duties: We currently regularly ship to customers in over 100 countries worldwide. The majority of countries, particularly U.S.A., Australia, Japan, Korea, do not charge customs duty on small packages dispatched by air post. Overall the world is moving towards free trade and we hope and anticipate this trend will continue and accelerate.

For the current time, we will endeavor to assist and cover in cases where duty is charged to the customers in some European countries, but we emphasize this is on a goodwill, not on an obligation basis.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns: We will provide a full money back refund or replacement based on individual requests if you are dissatisfied in any way with our jewellery. (The item will need to be inspected prior to refund and notification of return must be received within 7 days of receipt.).

We regret that upon inspection if the item is found to be damaged or not resalable, by use or wear, we cannot offer a refund.

Due to health regulations earrings cannot be returned.

Finally we can only refund the total cost of goods, if there are shipping charges to be refunded we may offer you a discount or credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement.

Returns procedure: Simply email: support@ellableaujewellery.com.au with the following details:
- Name & address, e-mail address, original order number, reason for return.

Cancellations: Due to the order processing and fulfilment process we cannot accept cancellations. Please make sure you select your products carefully.

Important Note: No returns policy for all jewellery that is on sale or discounted.
